If you are new to boxing it is not a problem. Instructors help beginners to learn the ropes from the basics up. All you need to do is to show up for the classes, follow the instructor, and start getting in shape.
You will need to bring boxing gloves, hand wraps, and some bottled water. Wear sports gear that will let you move comfortably, and prepare to sweat – and lose weight.
